This conference is an annual statewide event that is directed towards all engineers and principals of engineering firms in the state of Virginia, and is jointly sponsored by VSPE and ACEC/VA. We are anticipating approximately 300 attendees from around the state. Your participation as an exhibitor will allow you the opportunity to share your company’s products and services with all those in attendance.
Our conference begins on Wednesday, Sept. 19, at the Williamsburg Marriott next to Busch Gardens. Seminars are held throughout the day with scheduled breaks and a luncheon. The scenario repeats again for Thursday, Sept. 20. Conference registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 5:00 p.m. each day.
EXHIBITOR
SCHEDULE:
Wednesday, Sept. 19
Begin setting up at 6:00 a.m. and complete by 7:00 a.m. Registration begins at
7:30 a.m. If exhibiting only on Wednesday, exhibitors should tear
down their exhibits beginning at 4:00 p.m. and be completed by 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 20
Begin setting up at 6:00 a.m. and complete by 7:00 a.m. Registration
begins at 7:30 a.m. Exhibitors should tear down their exhibits beginning
at 4:00 p.m. and be completed by 5:00 p.m.
Scheduled breaks for both days include:
Continental break from 7:30-8:00 a.m.; mid-morning break from 9:30-10:00 a.m.; lunch from 11:45-1:15 p.m.; afternoon break from 3:00-3:30 p.m.
Exhibitor Fee - $750.00 for 1 day/$1000 for both days

Exhibit Space Includes
"Table Top" (6 feet x 2 feet) unless otherwise authorized.
There is limited space for 'floor displays'. Exhibit space includes draped
table, two chairs, one electrical outlet (110 Volt/10Amt Standard Outlet;
1 plug in) IF electricity is
requested in Exhibitor Contract. If you do not need/want draping,
please advise. Other electric services can be leased directly from
the hotel. Click

listing on the conference web site as an exhibitor
with a hyperlink to your company's home page.
Registration Packet Includes
Includes name tag for one (1) Exhibitor; copy of all conference material and handouts; company listing on all conference materials; food and beverages includes all breaks and one (1) ticket for the Luncheon on the day you exhibit. Exhibitor may attend the educational sessions on the day they are exhibiting for additional fee of $100. Registrations may be purchased for $100 for each additional representative attending per day from your company. These additional representatives may also attend the educational sessions for $100 per day.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Please make your hotel reservations no later than August 24, 2012, at 1-800-442-3654 or 757-220-2500. You must mention that you are with the Virginia Engineers Conference in order to get the conference rate (plus tax) of $99.00 for single/double occupancy. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Hotel room and all incidentals are the responsibility of the Exhibitor and are not included in the Exhibitor Fee.

SECURITY
The exhibit area is not a secured location so any valuables should be removed Wednesday evening for those exhibiting on both days.
