She is the past president of the Council on Licensure, Enforcement and Regulation (CLEAR), and currently serves on the Member Board Executive Committee of National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) as well as the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB). Prior to her current position, Ms. Nosbisch was the Deputy Executive Director for the Virginia Board of Medicine under the Department of Health Professions for eight years.
