Expected Learning Outcomes:  The learning objectives are to two-fold: First, to better understand the Section 179D program available to commercial owners, as well as architectural and engineering firms, with respect to the design and construction of energy-efficient buildings and its related installations and components.  Second, understand the “potential” methods available to taxpayers for claiming the Section 179D deduction on tax returns.
