Resume:  Dave Pezza is a Doctorate of Engineering Candidate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Old Dominion University. In 2010, he retired as the Deputy Chief Engineering & Construction, Civil Works Directorate, U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Headquarters, Washington, DC. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Virginia; a Fellow Member in ASCE and a Diplomate in the ASCE Geo-Institute, Academy of Geo-Professionals; and a member of ODU’s  research committee for Sea Level Rise.
