David has a wealth of experience in multimodal transportation planning
and engineering and transit-oriented development.
He has led multimodal planning and engineering projects throughout
the Washington, D.C. region and other U.S. cities. Much of the focus of
his recent project work has been on preparing plans and studies focused on
the movement of people, by all modes of transportation.
